STRUCTURE FEATURES
Junsheng automatic plastic welding machine is applied to on-site constructing operation of geomembrane and impermeable membrane made of PE/HDPE/ECB, etc. It has the features of high welding intensity and excellent sealing effect, supporting double weld joint lap welding with intermediate leak hunting welding bead. And it is small in size, light in weight, and flexible in operation. The welding material thickness is: 0.8-1.5 mm, welding speed is: 0.5-3.2 m/min. The temperature, welding speed and pressure is continuously adjustable. Automatic crawling design makes slope, vertical and headstand automatic welding possible, high-speed, efficient, and quality reliable. It also can make excellent welding bead even under high humidity condition.
APPLICATIONS
This machine is widely used in public engineering, building foundation geomembrane, subway tunnel, mine field waterproofing.
